VegetarianismI decided that the month of September will be the month I conquer my issue with eating healthy meals while switching to being a vegetarian at the same time. This is somewhat of a difficult goal to accomplish, as I can't always control what foods are purchased from the store (I am still a teenager). However, I have been slowly straying away from animal products when I moved to consistent meals by having oatmeal for breakfast, peanut butter and apple butter sandwich for lunch, and rice with vegetables for dinner (and occasionally chicken which I will now cut out). I also hope to try new recipes and foods too, so this webpage will be occasional journal entries about vegetarianism.
I will admit to making a mistake on September 1st when eating Doritos, as I just assumed that they were vegan, but they are not.
